At MatchSet, we seek to provide you with the best experience possible. We have updated our returns policy and will accept returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with all tags) within 30 days of purchase.

(We will not pay for return shipping unless the wrong item happened to be shipped or the product was defective.)

To process your return, please follow these guidelines below, and complete our form using your MatchSet customer account:

1. Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. 

2. Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not place any labels or tape on the manufacturer's shoe box.

3. Racquets must not be used, plastic must still be on the handle and header card must be still on the frame. Returned racquets strung at MatchSet will be credited, minus the cost of string and $18 labor charge.

4. In addition to returns, Many of our products come with manufacturer's warranties.

Products not returned in new condition or after 30 days from the invoice date may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of MatchSet. If any item is ineligible for a refund or store credit, the product will be returned to the customer.

*Same day shipping applies to regular orders and not special orders. Exclusions include (and are not bound solely to): Shipping provider restraints(weekend pickups), weather delays, software glitches, unforeseeable events or customer mistakes.

*Free shipping does not apply to ball purhcases, oversized items, or any other items at MatchSet's discretion.
